SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. Google analytics: RoyFire utilizes select Google Analytics features to better understand our customer base and their browsing habits. RoyFire and third-party vendors use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third-party identifiers together to collect information. This information is anonymous and is never sold or distributed without the consent of the user.
Facebook Pixel: RoyFire utilizes select Facebook Pixel features to better understand our customer base and their browsing habits. RoyFire and third-party vendors may use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from the websites and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads. This information is anonymous and is never sold or distributed without the consent of the user. You can opt-out of this data collection and use of information via Facebook Help Center.
SECTION 5 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
SECTION 6 - COOKIES

PAYMENTS
RoyFire currently accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
All customers must place their orders with matching billing and shipping addresses. For PayPal, orders will only be shipped to the confirmed address. A shipping address cannot be altered once an order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders or ban any user that we suspect might have aided by browser automation, or a reservation service. Please note, if you use a web proxy or “bot” to purchase, your order is automatically flagged as high risk and may result in your order being canceled. In this case, the shoes purchased will no longer be reserved for you and will be restocked.
TAXES
All New York Orders are subject to New York 8.75% sales tax on purchases. When a taxable product or service is sold, any charges for shipping or delivery that the seller includes on the bill become part of the receipt subject to sales tax.
